The four books in this series share a common theme - unhappy urban women meet hunky Montana men. The dangerous and complicated story elements range from corporate treason and murder in "Elizabeth's Hero," arson in "Cowboy Dad," greedy, selfish parents in "Winter Awaking," to a single father of four. The beauty and serenity of big sky country soothes feminine souls, while the heros win their hearts. The characters are genuine. Linked by past histories, they all have hopeful futures. There is enough tension to excite the reader and enough romance to warm their hearts.Product details

Silver Springs Contemporay Series Books 14 Silver Springs Contemporary Book 8 edition by Gina Coon Religion Spirituality eBooks Reviews
I have read several of Gina Coon's books and have enjoyed them all. I especially like the plots that often include a bit of mystery.
The only criticism I have is with the apparent failure to carefully edit the text of the books. I have found many grammatical and print errors in the kindle editions I have been reading.
That, however, did not keep me from enjoying the story.
Looking forward to more reads.
Great stories with an enthralling subject of intertwined families which keeps the reader engrossed. It is an ebook I would pick up and read again.
Let me just say, that I loved this series. After I started reading them, I couldn't put it down. I fell in love with the characters and felt a kinship with them. I hated to see this series end.
I very much enjoyed this series. Found many of the characters very convincing and endearing. As of this date, the next in the series has not been submitted as promised(very disappointed!) The books have clean language and conservative romance. I will be checking for more from this author!
I enjoyed getting to know the family and following their lives through history as they grew up and dealt with life's challenges in a victorious manner.
From the first installment until the fourth that I just finished, I felt like I was on the train and on the trail with them. I laughed as they found love and cried as they experienced heartbreak.
Life is a journey and you will find guidance for each step from these books.
Had problems getting into the book at first, I really like historical fictions from the late 1800's to early 1900's. but I was recovering from surgery and maybe that had something to do with it. Once I started reading again it was hard to put down. I'm now reading the second book, and it too is good. It's hard I know not to put too much of what happened in the first book at the beginning of the second one. For that reason I skimmed over some of the frist few chapters. It's a pretty good read now.
I started with her Settlers series before I realized she'd written them after the Silver Springs. I've enjoyed her writing and stories and love series that follow families and friends. I also love stories that deal with the settling of the west as I had family that did that. I'm grateful to find good read without the crazy sex & violent nature so many now days have. Will continue to read her as long as the stories are good.
