My reading of his experience starts in similar fashion. One year later after a 14.5 SPA mine was 20.61.From there my experience is different.
First no bitterness over the delay. Second I chose I G R Tfollowed by temporary seeds, High Dose Radiation.
I had the CT Scan (twice) and bone scan. No indication of spread. Then one month of Casodex, hated it.
Then 24 months of Lupton. Two months after Casodex I started 25 days of radiation. Six weeks after that ended I had two sessions a week apart, of the internal high dose radiation.
Now two years after starting this Travel with Prostate Cancer my P S A is 0.24.
Started when I was 67 and just hit 70.
I too am writing a book about it.

An encouraging and inspiring story combined with useful information and practical advice for anyone having to sail the rough, unknown and uncertain waters of prostate cancer.
The writer kept my interest. My only complaint was that it was so short I read it in about an hour. It was not worth the cost, and for that reason I only give it two stars.
